The Quiet Life

A boring day. Caught up on my blog. Didn’t take a shower till 3:00. Walked carefully into town, trying not to jostle my stomach on the cobblestone. I felt a bit queasy this morning, but not enough to get in my way. I hung out at home, still trying to catch up on my blog, and planned my next (and final) side trip. I want to go to Chichicastengo. Home Again, Home Again

As I brushed my teeth (with bottled water) I got a whiff from the bathroom sink that was not pleasant, like death, rot and sewage. I hope I’m leaving Honduras in time, I thought. Agoutis in the Sun

Before bed last night, I read about some of the things to do here in Copí¡n, like horseback riding, bird-watching (more quetzales here than in all of Guatemala) and walks.
